1 – The inventory of the furniture and of the material with the condition of the state is done at the beginning and at the end of the stay with the owner or his representative. All losses or damages must be replaced or repaired proportionally. The surety of 160 euros payed at the beginning of the stay is used for this end.

2 – We would aks you to follow the standard of regulates so that every exceeding of n° of people to a gite will be charged.

3 – Only one animal is admitted by flat (10€ / stay).

4 – The booking without any reason or the non-payment of the pay at the foressen date leads to the cancellation of the reservation, without refund of the deposit. The refund of the deposit is possible for the cancellation in exceptional case, death of a close relation (ancestor, descendant, brother or sister) or serious accident.

5 – For a cancellation of less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay 50% of the amount will be invoiced, less than 8 days, 75% of the amount will be invoiced.

6 – The heating, if necessary, is not included in the rent, that is to say, 6 to 8 Euros daily will be charged.

7 – The interrupiton of the stay will not lead to a refund, except complaint accepted by the awner, at his place during the stay.

8 – The rent is given in good state of cleanliness at the arrival. It must be given back in the same state. If not an indemnity is demanded by the owner, and deducted from the surety (category 1 : 18 euros – category 2 : 23 euros – category 3 : 31 euros)

9 – The number of the rural lodge indicated for information. It could be given in case of necessity, another of same capacity and of similar comfort except special asking from the renter who will then be allowed to cancel with no expenses.

10 – The sheets and linen are not supplied and must imperatively be supplied by the tenants, possibility of renting them.
